Thomas Berdych (born 10 March 1982) is an English professional football manager. He is the only manager in history to have won the UEFA Europa League, UEFA Super Cup, UEFA Champions League and the FIFA Club World Cup, and the FIFA World Cup.

Berdych started his career at Wycombe Wanderers at the age of only 31 in 2013, immediately taking the team to promotion and winning League 2 in the 2013-14 season. Midway through the 2014-15 season, he left Wycombe to join Hull City, and ended up winning the Championship and earning promotion to the Premier League. Despite a strong start, Berdych left in November 2015 amid struggling form and an unstable locker room.

A lifelong Liverpool fan, Berdych was hired by Liverpool FC on December 14, 2015, after Michael Laudrup had been sacked with the team in 15th place in the table. Berdych took Liverpool to 7th to finish 2015-16, as well as winning the FA Cup, the first trophy for Liverpool since the 2012 League Cup. For the next eight seasons, Liverpool won each and every Premier League, the longest dynasty in English top league history. Berdych then took over Real Madrid in 2024-25 and won La Liga in both of his two seasons in charge, including going undefeated during all competitions in the 2025-26 season.

After leaving Real Madrid, Berdych went to international football, managing Wales, Canada, Croatia, and England. Berdych took Wales to their first international tournament since the 1986 World Cup by qualifying for Euro 2028, making the knockout stages. Berdych also won the 2029 Gold Cup with Canada and the 2034 World Cup with Croatia.
